At IRONMAN 4X4, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all IRONMAN 4X4 labels and hangtags are intact.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
